1. I bought an item at an event, can I return/exchange it?

-We will not accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased at an event or expo.

2. What is your return policy?

-Vanilla Gorilla proudly stand behind our products and strive to only bring you the best. We will accept exchanges and returns within the first 15 days after you receive your order. Items must be unworn and unwashed to be returned. If you are unhappy with an order, please email us with the reason you wish to return or exchange your item. We will get back with you on how to proceed with an exchange or return.

3. How can I know about new releases or pre-orders?

- You can follow us on social media as well as checking our website. Getting signed up for our emails will also be a good way to make sure you do not miss out on a new and improved design.

4. What payment options do you accept?

- We accept many forms of payment. Including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

5. Do you ship Internationally?

- At this time we do not ship internationally.

6. Can I shop in person?

- We are online only. However, we do set up at local events/expos within the strength community and this does allow you to come see us and shop in person. We love meeting you!

7. How can I know about the events you will be set up at?

- By checking with us on social media and checking back with the website. We will keep our event dates up to date to allow you to pop in and see us.

8. Customer Support hours?

- Our customer service will be available Monday-Friday 10am-3pm. Excluding Holidays. We strive to keep a good relationship with you and will be in contact with you as soon as possible after you send in a contact us form.

9. Do you sell gift cards?

- At this time, we do not offer gift cards. Looking to offer this to you in the near future.
