Refund policy

We, Vanilla Gorilla proudly stand behind our products and strive to only bring you the best and your new favorite items. We will accept exchanges and returns only within the first 15 days after you receive your order. Items must be unworn and unwashed to be returned. If you are unhappy with an order, please email us with the reason you wish to return or exchange your item. We will get back with you on how to proceed as long as we see the reason to be appropriate.
